Words From Our Clients:
“I felt a great deal of participation in the process of having my ring made, and enjoyed seeing my ideas come alive.”

The Custom Process
Outlined below are the steps that you can plan on walking-through to develop the heirloom piece you can pass onto family members for years to come. All projects are balanced on the scales of timeline, money, and quality.
1. Initial Consultation
Set a personal appointment with our jewelry designer to assess your project. We try to gather answers in this first meeting, in order to best design and produce the perfect lifetime piece for your collection.
2. Conceptual Design
We do our best to visually represent the finished piece in a hand-sketched and colored dimensional drawing. Our designer has hand-drawn hundreds of custom pieces that have moved along to become reality for our customers. A tightly completed conceptual design allows for easier assessment when determining a final price.
3. Estimate & Approvals
After the design of the piece is completed, we work hard to detail out pricing as accurately as possible in order to give you solid numbers instead of figures that jump off the top of our head. We broker a majority of our diamonds, colored stones, and metals from suppliers that support the ethical origin of their products.
4. Production
With an approved estimate and deposit, work on your custom piece begins immediately, and the following list represents the possible steps your jewelry might walk through in order to be completed. Average turnaround for custom work is 3 - 5 weeks, and sometimes can take as long as 8 weeks, depending on complexity.
5. Photos & Appraisal
Once your project is completed, we document it's value through an appraisal process that involves photographing all angles of your piece, and outline it's appraised value for insurance purposes.
